245D Employees will receive minimally between 10 and 30 hours of training depending upon what service you receive. Will clear the background study and typically have years of pervious experience related to home care and services.
Our PCA’s are trained by the agency and they complete online training provided by Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP).
The training includes basic knowledge of CPR and First Aid. The PCA must also clear a background study before working with their clients. A PCA may be a friend or family member.
We provide services to Milaca, Foreston, Pease, Oak Park, Ronneby, Foley, Onamia, Isle, Wahkon, Mora, Bock, Princeton, Zimmerman, Cambridge, and the Northern Metro Area.
